I can't think of anything right now. There aren't that many songs that I liked that I now hate. I think the closest I can think of is Britney Spears. Possibly Lucky. I used to love this song and spent lunchtimes with my best friends creating dance moves to it. With dark blonde hair, I got to be Britney. ...nothing  to be proud of now.

Day 16 - Favourite Poem or collection of poetry.

I've read this poem in a hundred places since I first read it and fell in love. I discovered it in Libby Hawthorn's Ghostop series.

XLIII. "How do I love thee? Let me count the ways..."
by Elizabeth Barrett Browning (1806-1861)

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.
I love thee to the depth and breadth and height
My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight
For the ends of Being and ideal Grace.
I love thee to the level of everyday's
Most quiet need, by sun and candle-light.
I love thee freely, as men strive for Right;
I love thee purely, as they turn from Praise.
I love thee with a passion put to use
In my old griefs, and with my childhood's faith.
I love thee with a love I seemed to lose
With my lost saints, --- I love thee with the breath,
Smiles, tears, of all my life! --- and, if God choose,
I shall but love thee better after death.

The books themselves are based around a poem written by Hawthorn. I had this memorised once upon a time.

Double Sorrow
Libby Hawthorn

Double Sorrow,
Beg or borrow,
Twice the ring of fire.
Double sign,
Beneath the vine,
Blaze of her desire.
Double blaze,
Monkey maze,
Find the ring and call.
When this is done,
The way is won,
For love to conquer all!

Authors Note: I've been so busy lately. My workload is killing me and I'm sick of uni. Luckily, I only have another two weeks left!
